Teresa is an excellent realtor and played a tremendous role in make our first home buying experience a great one. She is someone I would recommend to any friends or family buying a home. Below is a summary of some key differences she made during our home buying process:- Successfully negotiated a multiple offer situation and ensured we reached a satisfactory offer for both the us and the seller while preventing counter-offers- Offered a lot of valuable insight on renovations, updates, etc. to the house - Supported walk-through on all key home inspections. Asked probing questions and ensured we understood factors that would end up being minor repairs vs. large costs down the road- Managed the lender and attorney relationships during closing. Despite having a bad experience with my lender and attorney, Teresa conducted follow ups to keep everyone accountable and aware of timelines/milestones.- Always easy to get a hold of. Extremely responsive and attentive during all aspects of the process and made us feel like we could count on her.- Went above and beyond to help us celebrate our home purchase!
