April puts the client first, at all times! She is responsible, honest and professional. She is tenacious, and will work harder than anyone to make sure the deal gets done. We met April at an Open House while visiting AZ for a potential job opportunity. She was refreshingly honest. While determining whether to move from FL to AZ, April kept us informed about potential homes. When we decided to make the move, our home sold in one week, which required us to find a home across country quickly. We made a trip to AZ, and pursuant to my request, April spent two full days showing us almost two dozen homes. We contracted on two different homes, and decided to walk away from each, after seeing the Inspection reports. April stayed positive and optimistic that we would find the right house. The third time was the charm. Although April was on vacation, she cheerfully took her Saturday morning to write up a contract for us. The sellers seemed to not want to sell the home, which required all kinds of extra work on April's part on our behalf. She helped us jump through numerous hoops and find numerous professionals that were needed to conclude the process. I admire April as a person, and I am proud to say that she is now a friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
