PLEASE READ!!!!!!!If you are reading this you are more than likely trying to gain some insight about Bill and my primary intention is to provide you with authentic information that you can hopefully find useful in making a choice about who you let help you get whatever it is that you seek. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THIS FOR ME!!!I have been where you are whether you are a first time buyer/seller or selling for the last time to move to your forever home. Choosing a realtor can be complex or as simple as you want to make that process. If you value honesty, excellent communication, experience and the all important aEUR~results then dont waste your time looking for anyone else, Bill is the person who can help you. Honesty is valuable to me because I need to trust that the person representing my interests is in fact do just that....Bill has no agenda other than to help which will become very evident to you when you witness the PASSION in which he fuels his occupation with. Bill is a very good communicator in regards to his timing and competence of who he is communicating with. Bill can at times seem to expound upon topics which may appear to a passionless person as madness, but I can assure you that what you are seeing is man who is passionate about what he chooses to do with his time. Experience is the backbone of knowledge....Bill understands what does and doesnt work in terms of helping you achieve your goal. Bills experience of searching, obtaining and most importantly utilizing relevant data & facts that are specific and uniquely important to the individual(s) he works with is invaluable in every sense of the word. Finally I will say that bill gets results! I will tell you why bill gets results....Bill is passionate about what he does for a living...a man who who is passionate about what he chooses to do with his time on earth is a man that you can take a chance on....the high levels of personal accountability, drive, quality and integrity you expect in a service are already aEUR~built in when a person is driven by passion. Bill has his mind fully wrapped around the idea that a realtor service is useless to others without getting results both for his client and himself. This review is way overdue. I see both sides of Bill Whitescarver when hes wearing his Realtor Hat...which is just about all day long. Bill takes pride in the reviews past clients have written because at the end of the day...it usually comes down to what others think of a business or service provider.Bill helped me with the sale of two homes. We met when I was a dreaded For Sale By Owner. Trust me, there are too many things that can come up and you may not be prepared to handle or have the time to research. With Bills help, my last home sold before it hit the market. Bill is the Industry Expert! Hes passionate about what he does and takes pride in helping others buy and sell homes/properties. Hes extremely detail oriented! It speaks volumes that he has a huge friendship base that continues to grow from past clients...and with that he has a high percentage of new clients who come to him as referrals. What speaks the loudest is Character: Its not someones reputation but their aEURoecharacteraEUR?! Character, ethics, doing what is right! That is Bill in a nutshell.
