Ariana helped me find the right house for me and my boys. She was available when I found this house I wanted to look at (the next day). She acted with a sense of urgency to get my offer in. She used a very sophisticated approach that I never would have known with the offer and the personal touch she recommended I add with the offer and that made all the difference to land me the offer acceptance the next morning. She also recommended an awesome mortgage lender. Wow, when I saw quality service and customer focus, that put me at ease throughout the enter process, trust and believe me! I'm a first time home buyer and the process was SMOOTH beginning to end! Ariana even took care of negotiating matters after inspection that she cared enough to push for me and then validated with me that her actions were EXACTLY the ones I wanted her to continue taking on my behalf.
