Hire them as your realty team! A true pleasure to work with. As an out-of-state retired military owner, the challenge of preparing and listing our house from across the country was daunting. Brian and Sharna were detail-oriented and had the house prepared and listed 3-weeks prior to expectations. The other businesses they partnered with to clean yard, clean house, conduct preparation repairs, stage the house, and conduct inspection repairs were top-notch. They ensured all items were completed at a high-level, coordinating with me each time despite the extra challenge of the cross-country time difference. The best compliment I can levy is that I had complete TRUST and CONFIDENCE in their advice and that they would do everything they said they would do. In any siutations where there might be concerns I always felt they had our best interests in mind.
