Pam is top notch!! Her experience and knowledge made all the difference in our experience of selling and buying a new home. We had never purchased a new construction home and without her, I dont know that we would have survived it...lol! She set spot-on expectations, knew how to best position us as buyers so that we could get what we wanted and was there at every turn....expected and unexpected! New construction always has surprises...but nothing threw Pam off and she was an absolute bulldog when it came to getting answers for us. On the selling side, her team helped us make sure our home was in top shape before we listed it. She had a home stager come in and give us fantastic, step by step advice on how to maximize the space to make it most appealing to a buyer. Then, especially because we were needing a quick sale, she went after buyers who were considering another house in addition to ours. She knew what features to emphasize with them and was able to pull them our way and they ended up making a great offer! Then, she helped us get through the inspections and appraisal and had everything prepared for our quick closing! I cannot recommend Pam and her team highly enough. If we had used an agent who wasnt as experienced and knowledgeable, things could have been much different...and not to our benefit. Pam is calm is every storm and guides her clients safely through the ups and downs of the home selling/buying process! She is the BEST!

Pam knows her stuff! It was our first time selling and she made the process simple. She walked us through what to expect and helped us step by step to where it was actually a very easy process. Her listing expertise is very impressive. She was incredibly precise and accurate. There werent any surprises as she thoroughly analyzed everything. She was always available to answer any questions she had. We never had to wait on her. Shes proactive and always on top of things. Shes very energetic and not afraid of work. Her team works together flawlessly. I would use her again for all of my buy/selling needs. Aside from her knowing how to sell a home, she is very personable, kind, and considerate. Even though we hadnt known Pam beforehand, she has a warmth to her that felt familial. Shes a gem, truly one of kind.
