Kimberlyn represented me as a seller and also as a buyer recently. The transactions were scheduled 24 hours apart. As with any home selling/home buying situations there are unforeseen things that come up. With each and everyone, Kimberlyn tackled it with enthusiasm and never stop energy until the issue was resolved. Kimberlyn is such a positive and pleasurable person to deal with in the uncertain process of selling and buying. She was knowledgeable about each and every property as well as I felt she had our best interest at heart each and everyday. She is second to none on response timeliness. In fact, she is second to none as a real estate agent. I would call her again in a heartbeat if I needed a real estate agent. As well as I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Kathy George was extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring when selling my mother-in-law's home last year. She certainly went above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. She did the typical things you'd expect like market analysis, staging and promotion, but she also helped my 82-year-old MIL find someone to help her sell the household items that she wasn't moving and found someone else to help her get rid of her unwanted household items and trash. When Kathy noticed things in the house that needed some touching up, she didn't wait for someone to come do it, she just took care of it herself. But that's just "stuff" to me. What really sets Kathy apart and made her so valuable to us, was her caring and patience with Ruth. She understood how difficult selling the home she shared with her husband was and how frightening moving away was going to be. She took her time explaining to Ruth the sales process and was patient when Ruth had questions or suggestions. Kathy respectfully listened to what my mother-in-law wanted and expected and then was able to gently steer her toward making decisions that would help the house sell.Kathy was great at keeping in contact with us and with Ruth. Even after we moved, we never felt "out of sight, out of mind." We always knew just what was going on with showings and contracts.My husband was in the military and we've moved many times during the past 30 years; we usually bought a home and have dealt with plenty of real estate agents. Kathy is one of the better ones. I am completely comfortable recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Southern Pines, NC, area.
