We hired Kelly to help us sell our house when we had the opportunity to relocate to another country (but on a very tight timeline). We needed to sell quickly. More importantly, we really needed to be able to have someone do most of the heavy lifting with the house sale since we had so many other tasks to accomplish during this hectic time. We also had an unsuccessful attempt at selling in the past with a different agent and were nervous about the stress of showing our home on top of everything else. That ended up being a non-issue, as Kelly had our house under contract in 6 days. The thing I appreciated the most about Kelly was that she understood our motivations and was very honest with us. This led to a well-priced home and a quick/efficient sale. She was able to always explain our options and the what if, but we also felt that she was truly our agent and would represent our desires/messages accordingly. We also really appreciated Kellys use of technology: all of the forms/paperwork were able to be completed on-line, which was a huge help. She also was easily accessible whenever we needed via all forms of communication (text, e-mail, facebook messenger, phone, etc). I would highly recommend Kelly and we look forward to having her help us buy a home again when we return to the States one day!
