I highly recommend Alyssa if you are looking to find the perfect rental in Philadelphia (and Im sure she is wonderful for house buying as well based on our experience!). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home orders, my partner and I were very anxious about how we would be able to find a suitable rental for our next apartment since we had already planned to move out of our place before the pandemic hit. I was so relieved when Alyssa reached out to me to offer her services. We have rented in Philly for over 10 years and had never thought to use an agent before because I associate them mostly with home buying, not renting. It was a great decision to work with Alyssa, as I cannot imagine how we would have juggled everything during this crazy time. Alyssa also helped to relieve our anxiety about not having enough time to find a place once some of the stay-at-home restrictions were lifted, and we were finally able to view places in person. She was so reassuring and knowledgeable which inspired confidence in us that all would be well and, indeed, it was! We found the perfect apartment.
