We happened to meet Ashley at a showing, and boy did we luck out! We were looking for a place in Philly, but lived out of town. That rental market is tough! Ashley eased our minds by helping us with the online search, quickly contacting potential rentals, and going in person to scope out the place for us. She went to multiple showings and took great photos and videos. It gave us not just a sense of the physical unit, but also the surrounding neighborhoods. She even went on a walk around the neighborhood to show us the different streets we might take our dog on. Ashley really took the time to fine tune her understanding of what we were looking for, where we had room for compromise, and where we felt firm in our preferences. She was always quick to respond to our messages, which I loved. Her local knowledge was super helpful in navigating the different neighborhoods of Philly and the property owners to steer clear of. We ultimately found the perfect place for our family with the help of Ashley. I cannot recommend her enough!

Keri was GREAT to work with! As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what the process entailed. She made the entire process as simple as possible for me and took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know. She answered every call/text/email within minutes and was always super helpful. She has a lot of market knowledge and was able to recommend areas for my budget, ways to lower my monthly bills, negotiated for me, etc. She also took the time to have someone she recommended come out and estimate the cost for new paint and new flooring for upstairs. She went above and beyond with everything I asked or needed! I would definitely recommend Keri, she made sure to do as much as she could to ensure the process was as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for me! It was so fun to work with her and I knew I was in good hands!
