The only reason the ratings are 5 star is there is no higher designation, if there were, they would surely deserve it. I seriously doubt your transaction will be as unique as mine was but despite the challenges faced, Paula and her incredible team made it seamless as well as painless. From the initial showing with Michael and the countless updates by Marilou and Bridget, it was an incredibly professional and personal experience. Paula negotiated a difficult and drawn out (on my part) contingency and demonstrated the kind of knowledge and professionalism seldom seen in today's market. Paula contacted us when our contract with our previous realtor expired. We were impressed with the professionalism of her printed material and her background. At that time we decided to take the house off of the market for a while, but kept her contact information. A few months later we were contacted by phone and we realized it was the same person that had impressed us with her printed material. She encouraged us to put the house back on the market due to the increase in activity in our area. At this point everything was handled by phone due to the fact that our property was in Colorado and we were in Florida. When we finally went to Colorado we met with both Paula and her husband. We were very impressed with her marketing ideas and her enthusiasm over our property. She was able to get us a contract in less than six months, when the house had previously been on the market for two years with a realtor who lived in the area. Paula definitely knows what she is doing and worked with us, kept in touch with us, and offered appreciated suggestions. We couldn't be more pleased.
