Micah Norman and Keller Williams Palmetto made the selling of our rental property stress free. Within 8 weeks of signing the contract to sell we had a buyer. Micah was great keeping in touch with us and quickly responded to texts, calls, and emails. Micah worked with us and the tenant to schedule all showings. We received feedback after showings. Photos were taken with the tenant living in the house and when the tenant moved out Micah took it upon himself to get new photos. We brought up that the yard may need some TLC before photos and Micah said he had someone. Within a week the yard was addressed. Micah felt that the property would show better if the trees in the front yard were limbed, he had them limbed.
