Jason has been so wonderful to work with! We aEURoerandomlyaEUR? found him when searching for a realtor as we started the process to buy our first beach house in Outer Banks, North Carolina. After reading his bio online we figured we'd reach out and connect with him, because he seemed like such a great and personable guy. Jason was kind enough to take us on a handful of tours throughout homes in the area while we were down in the Outer Banks for vacation. He was always so willing to answer our questions and share his opinion and advice. Even when we asked him to tour the most obscure homes, he was happily willing to do so. It turned out that together we came across a plot of land that my husband and I loved and we decided to put an offer in. Jason was super quick and efficient with getting our offer in and helping us negotiate with the seller. Ultimately our offer was accepted, and we just closed on the land last week! We are now about to start the process of building our dream beach house with Jason by our side. Jason has been absolutely wonderful as we've been working on narrowing down which builder we would like to help build our dream beach house. I have only wonderful things to say about Jason and would recommend him to any of my friends and family who were looking to buy a beach house in Outer Banks as well. Speaking of which I have actually already recommended Jason to one of my family members!! Thank you Jason!!!
