We got set up through a different realtor from a site like Zillow and every question we had with that realtor was aEURoesugar coated fluffaEUR? I knew not everything I asked about was what I wanted to hear. I had to find someone who was going to be honest and upfront with my wife and I. I asked around and was recommend to Patrick and his Habiger team. Patrick and his team really set my family up to win. They were always there for any questions we had, always shot us straight, even if it wasnt what we wanted to hear, very honest and forth coming, helped us get our home ready for sale, saw multiple homes with us on a very hard to schedule time frame (due to my work schedule), negotiated for what we wanted on our new home, helped us get top dollar for our old home, recommend very top notch quality people for areas we needed help in (movers, ac company, etc) and really went the extra mile. When it came to selling our old home, they did SO MUCH. I cant even list it all but things like sending fliers out about our home hitting the market, professional photos of our home, staging, open houses, etc you name it they did it. Then buying our new home helping us through all the difficulties that popped up along the way...You could NOT find another company to represent you from sale to purchase of a new home like this team.
