Contacted Patrick to see if he could find us a 2 month snowbird rental in Sarasota/Northport area in JAN/FEB. Unfortunately Patrick could not find any rentals as we had started our search late, and the market was tight with most properties requiring 3 month rentals at prices beyond our budget. I thanked Patrick and told him we had been in Gulf Shores, AL and would be switching from FL to AL. Shortly after we got correspondence from Patrick, unsolicited, that he had found a property in Orange Beach, AL within our budget right on the beach. In that we had been to this area before and had friends there we found a rental quicker than he could respond. Once again, we thanked him for his perseverance and continual efforts to satisfy our need. We would not hesitate to use Patrick in the future be it for home sale or rentals.
