We first reached out to Christine after our original real estate agent no-showed our day of appointments that were about an hour from where we were living. We called Christine because she was the Zillow agent listed on the first property that we were about to go see. Christine met us at the house within the hour, and then took us to more appointments that day. We decided to work with Christine from that day forward. She was extremely patient with us as we went through the process as first hime home buyers. We put 8 offers in over the course of 9 months, and probably saw somewhere around 25 houses. We changed locations multiple times as we were unsure of where we wanted to be or were priced out of certain areas. She remained steadfast and assured us we would get a home before the end of our lease. And we did! Christine always knew the best negotiation tactics, calmed our fears, and she never got pushy or impatient when the process seemed to take forever, it was important to her that we wound up in the perfect house for us, no matter how long it took or how arduous the process would be. Finally, she took us to see a home that came back on the market in Bradenton that she really liked. Within a day, we had our offer in and accepted without any competition, which was a miracle in itself. We're very grateful we found Christine and you will be too!! Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home :)
