.Our search for a home lead us to meet Lisa and Donald Baetzold who have made our experience a positive and memorable one.They were exceptionally patient and kind to us. Lisa never failed to show us the next house when we did not like the ones we saw. She was very resourceful in providing information about the features of the many houses she showed us as well as the neighborhood in which they are located.She spent several hours taking us to several homes and never showed any sign of annoyance or disappointment when we did not like what we saw.Donald speared no effort in doing all the necessary research and provided us with whatever information we asked of him. He is very thorough in whatever he does and always go the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfy.He provided us with contact information for all agencies and offices that we need to be in touch with and was very transparent in all his dealings with us. They were always prompt in responding to our phone calls and conducted themselves as true professionals.We find them to be very friendly, respectful and trustworthy.. At the end of the day, they helped us to find a home that we love very much.
