My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Frank May. We enlisted his services as a buyers agent for the purchase of our home in West Chester, PA. We have engaged many realtors in the past, since we move often, and we can confidently agree that Frank is one of the hardest working and dedicated real estate professionals that we have ever worked with. He does a great job of capturing what is important to the buyer. He listens closely to his clients and ensures that all of their requests are covered to the best of his ability in his detailed home searches within the market. He covered our home search from all aspects by setting us up with proactive email alerts on properties from the MLS, by sending us a great list of matching properties for us to vet through that he personally compiled, and by taking the time to schedule phone conferences with us to review each prospective listing. Since we were located out-of-state, Frank adjusted his schedule to meet our needs every time that we were in town. He also went above and beyond our expectations by setting-up and attending appointments in our absence due to the time constraints that we were under and our inability to travel frequently while we sold our home out-of-state. When we finally found THE house, Frank came with us to the walk-through and provided invaluable feedback. He was also present and very helpful throughout the negotiation process, lending perspectives and options that we didnt think of. Even after the home purchase was complete, Frank remained a resource to us and provided us with referrals for all other aspects of outfitting a new home from landscaping to deck installation. He truly is an expert in his field. Even the selling agent remarked at how impressed he was with the role Frank played, guiding us through the process from start to finish and beyond. Frank May was a professional from the get-go and an absolute pleasure to work with. We will definitely work with Frank again in the future, if needed, and refer him to anyone that we know. He is eager to help, quick to respond, and a true partner in the home buying/selling process.

Frank is an absolute gem in the often hard to navigate waters of real estate, and made our home buying process a positive memorable experience! He came highly recommended to us from a friend and we are so happy provide a glowing review.As first time home buyers, with a young infant, we were both challenged with a lack of time and knowledge. Frank provided us with much needed education on both the local markets and loan process, as well as calmed our nerves about what can be an overwhelming and stressful time. With his sense of humor and accommodating, laid back style, he made us feel at ease from the very first meeting.
