I would not recommend Jennifer. She was MIA after the listing agreement was signed. She supposedly has 12 years of experience, but she is not familiar with HOAs or home warrantys. I should have been reimbursed a small amount from my HOA and asked Jennifer for advice about this. She was clueless. She offers a home warranty during the listing period, but is not aware of what it covers or includes. On two occasions she attempted to state that I was jeopardizing the closing date because I had not responded to the closing attorneys requests when she was the one actually at fault. This confusion is due to her not handling any documents during the sale process. She relies on a closing company to handle all details. She loves to communicate with clients via text message. She rarely uses the actual telephone even when there are mix up or errors on her part. She arrived late to the closing meeting and left early stating that she had another closing to attend. There are too many agents in the Atlanta area. Select another one vs. using Jennifer.
