The words ?the very best there is? were created to describe Kathy!!! You couldn?t find a realtor who is more dedicated to her job than Kathy. It?s as if she?s selling her own house. Kathy sold the home that we lived in for 35 years in Glen Ridge within a day of putting it on the market. Since our home was built in 1910, there were a lot of issues that had to be taken care of. Kathy took care of each and every one of them flawlessly advising us of the best way to handle each one of them. Kathy is responsive, a pleasure to work with and meticulous to a fault. Because she knows her markets incredibly well, she has a very clear sense for what is reasonable and what is not which was extremely helpful when we were given a lengthy list of buyer requests.
