I would highly recommend Gage to anyone looking for a realtor in the very competitive Northern Virginia area. Every time I was with him looking at houses the song, "She works hard for the money." Played through my head.. except clearly it'd be "he works hard". Gage works nights, early mornings and weekends. He was always available when we needed him to take a look at a home, and if we were interested in a home Gage quickly put together an offer and got it submitted. His speed and attention was so important in this area where homes fly off the market before you have a chance to walk through the door. One other thing I really appreciated about working with Gage is his background in construction. When we walked through homes he was such an asset, because he'd be able to point out any issues that my cause problems down the road. He's a great agent, who will be part of our lives moving forward!

My experience with Gage Cole was without a doubt helpful, truthful, and educational. This was my first home that I was looking to buy and Gage really helped me understand what I was looking for and what I was getting myself into. Since I was new to basically everything I will say that he helped me understand things I never knew and was very understanding when I needed him to repeat things. His responsiveness was impeccable because I tested him many times and he never failed. He contacts you they best way you need (phone, text, e-mail) and is there when you need him. What I really like about Gage was that he understood what I was looking for and agreed with my negotiation decisions, and he was able to get what I wanted. All of this goes as well to his referral of lender, Kellian Mcilwrath at Prosperity Mortgage. They all make a great team and where phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Gage Cole to any of my friends and family and think he is a great realtor.

Gage was incredibly helpful in selling our house, as well as buying our new house. He looked out for our best interest the entire time, looking to get the best price on both ends of the deal. Gage was also incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Nothing fazed him and he was always ready to go above and beyond to make sure that everything that needed to happen occurred smoothly. If we couldn't be present for a contractor to come do a repair, he'd coordinate it and let the contractor in. If we needed to be in two places at once, he'd ensure that things were coordinated so that we could cover one without him and he could cover the other without us. Gage also hired professional photographers to prepare our listing, and the result was impressive. When looking for our new home, we found so many listings with poor photography, and may have overlooked some promising homes, but Gage made sure that our on-line listing was as impressive and complete as possible. I also took a few additional photos that Gage promptly added to our listing.Incidentally, once the process was complete, I found out that Gage moved at the same time we did. Moving is stressful, but he was so responsive that his move had absolutely NO impact on his willingness and ability to help us. To me, this says volumes about his dedication to his customers.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gage as a realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. He was great to work with, and if and when we're ready to move again, I hope he's still working in the area.
