Rosie and her entire team are absolutely the greatest! They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. Their publications and presentations of my mothers estate house/property was second to none. The house showed dozens of times in the first three days and we had several offers during that same period of time. A cash offer was accepted the fourth day after the listing appeared... for $10,000 more than the asking price. Closing occurred three-and-a-half weeks after the first day of listing! And between the day the offer was received and accepted, and the day of closing (3 weeks exactly), a member of Rosies team visited the house regularly to ensure that everything was in good order.
