I have purchased and sold numerous properties. When we decided to find a second home in the Vail area, we researched the real estate professions in the area and received positive feedback about Michael Routh. We interviewed a few and the choice became obvious. Our decision to use Michael Routh was corroborated by the extent of effort he undertook on our behalf. He was very thorough and analytical. Unlike many real estate professionals who simply want to make a sale regardless of your objectives, Michael spent a considerable amount of time understanding our objectives and then fine tuning his recommendations to match. I have dealt with many real estate professionals over the years, and it is difficult for one to impress me. Too often I find them to only be interested in simply getting a sale or leaving out important details. Not Michael. My dealings with him was one of the few instances when I was left very impressed with his service, attention to detail, and concern for meeting our objectives.While it may sound like an endorsement of a Boy Scout, Michael is honest to a fault, genuinely concerned for his clients' best interest, and thoroughly understands the real estate market in the Vail area.
