I contacted Sara shortly after my dad passed away. She was instrumental in the process of getting our family home of 45 years cleaned out and ready for market. Early in the process, she told me what we could probably get for it 'as is' and what we could get for it if we took care of a few things. Sara was able to provide a list of contacts for things like dumpsters, lawn care, estate sales, etc. Sara periodically checked in to see how we were progressing. When the home was finally ready for the market, Sara worked quickly to get us listed on a Friday. We accepted an offer the next Monday after a busy weekend of showings.
