We were from out of state and contacted Sara shortly before coming to the area with only an afternoon to look at houses. She showed us seven houses within our price range on short notice. Later on in the process she proved to be a fierce negotiator when a contractor selling a newly built home became unrealistic in their asking price. I'd like to add that the offer on this house was completed while she was on vacation. Even later on still, she proved her worth when the home we did decide to purchase (sight unseen) had some undisclosed issues become apparent through a home inspection. She worked on our behalf to ensure that the homeowners remedied the problems prior to closing on the day after we arrived in the state. Sara is honest, diligent, tenacious and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sara to anybody who desires an honest real estate agent who will truly represent you as a buyer or as a seller. She was great to work with through the entire process!
