Unfortunately I didn't get to work with Susan for an extended period - she called me by end of the 2nd day with 6 offers! We had a finalized contract by the end of day 3. I know many agents but wanted to use a local realtor that knew and lived in the area. Susan was highly recommend by a local business I used for years. His 1st phrase to describe her was: "she don't mess around.". He was right! 3 days!Susan was kind and respectful from the first contact and all the way through the process. If she was to be there at 12, the doorbell rang at 12. If she was to follow up on a question, she did so quickly. She and her assistant were great at communicating updates, questions or just letting me know everything was on schedule. It was about 4 weeks from contract to closing and they both helped me stay sane during that time.Having someone with such a great reputation and with integrity to match was very reassuring. I hope it will be awhile but I know who will help me with my next home. Susan is a great realtor, but an incredible person. You will love working with her as much as I did and she will work just as hard for you as she did for me.
