My wife and I started our home search with Chris in March of 2021 - the crazy home market made it a long, stressful, and sometimes disheartening experience - but Chris helped us through every bit of it. Chris was the best agent that a pair of first-time homebuyers could hope for - he was always willing to give advice and never let us feel overwhelmed with the process. We always appreciated how he made himself available to us - whether it was for a last minute showing or a late evening question over text. Despite putting in offers on house after house during our two month search, Chris never let us get too discouraged and never lost interest in us. He really helped us to stick to the budget we had set for ourselves, even when the houses we wanted were selling for crazy amounts over the asking price. The best review of Chris might be our final outcome - in the housing market of early 2021, he helped us get a great house for 1) under asking price, 2) under appraised value, 3) without having to waive any contingencies!
