Moving from another country we were new to the area and needed extra help (and patience) as we navigated the local housing market. Tanya was extremely attentive to our needs and was supportive of us throughout the entire process. In the end we looked at ~40 homes in a variety of neighborhoods before we were able to best understand what we were looking for and where. This was done with three young boys in tow and Tanya always played with them in the yard or throughout the tour to allow my wife and I the time we needed to view each home.
