We feel very fortunate to have connected with Kristin and buy our home through her. She did a great job at finding possible homes for us and screening them while we were working. Ultimately, the home we purchased was one she recommended we visit. She made herself available on a whim to see properties. She never pushed us or made us feel that our wants were unreasonable. When it came time to make an offer, we felt very comfortable in her representation of our best interests. She negotiated on our behalf with a competing offer and successfully got our offer accepted. In the escrow process, she was great in quarterbacking the multiple parties to achieve closing in a short period with relatively little stress. After closing, Kristin went well above and beyond what is expected of any realtor and helped oversee work on the house while we were out of town. This was an incredible relief for us.
