We just purchased our first home and we are so glad we found Kristin! When we first started looking, we got several referrals from friends and coworkers and ended up reaching out to four buyer's agents. Kristin was the only one who responded the same night, and we were on the phone the very next day. During our call, she took the time to understand our needs and dumb down the home-buying process for us. Two days later, we were visiting houses. Even though there were additional restrictions in place due to COVID-19, Kristin made these visits a breeze - she always proactively coordinated with the seller's agent and was there early. All we had to do was show up and walk in. Kristin was also extremely responsive and flexible, which is so important in a hot market like this where houses don't stay around for very many days. She would help us see a house in a few hours' notice, and even schedule around Sunday Football, which we really appreciated. Exactly a week after our initial phone call, we put in our first offer and had it accepted! We absolutely love our new home. Friends and family are still shocked at how fast we found it.Closing went smoothly and we closed exactly on the date we had set out for. We worked with a loan agent that Kristin recommended, who was also great. Kristin was available to answer questions and reach out to the sellers and their agent for any additional communication. She also got us a thoughtful gift at the end - it warmed our heart so much!If you're in the market for buying, I would absolutely recommend Kristin.
