Crystal and her company KW Realtors has been key players in getting us house near in South Florida. We cannot really imagine without Crystals help this difficult task would have been possible. From the day I met Crystal she really took deep interest in understanding what our requirements were. She always helped us to find right propertys for us and worked very hard to meet our schedule. She was always reachable over the phone or text even during off hours to answer any of our questions. We always liked and appreciated her open and pleasing personality and willingness to go beyond our expectations. We were completely new to the area after moving from another state but after meeting her she was out Go To person for any questions. She would get us right contacts and people who could help us in buying process and they all were very helpful. She even helped us to buy a Lottery ticket not just the House that we loved.... In a field where realtors come a dime a dozen, what sets the Sandra Rathe Team apart from the masses ? Why should u choose her over the ten other pamphlets of realtors you have received in the mail this month, promoting local realtors with their promises of quick sales and top dollar? Because the Sandra Rathe Team represents Integrity, Compassion, Sincerity, and the proper communication needed to succeed in any relationship. Brief synopsis: We had known of Sandra Rathe and her success in selling in Sunset Lakes, for years. Month after month we skimmed through her newsletter with good tid bits of info on the neighborhood and housing market. We had dealt with realtors before, which many of them give the same vibe that a car salesperson does...after all, that?s essentially what a realtor is....a salesperson. We initially made contact with her a year prior for comparables. She received our info and got on it immediately. She went above and beyond in the info she sent. Asking no more questions nor trying to persuade us to hire her or owe her anything. Fast forward, a year later when we decided we wanted to sell the house, we called Sandra immediately. We held onto her uplifting and kind energy from our prior contact and knew we wanted her involved in the sale of our home. She did a walk thru of the house, we spoke in length of what we felt should be done to prepare the house for a successful sale. She remained in contact with us throughout the process, though never hounded us. We finally put the house on the market at the end of the school year. She knew the time frame we wanted the house sold, and the dollar amount we would agree to. We had to go away on a family vacation when she put the house on the market. She remained in contact throughout the process. Showed the house to about 15 people in one weekend. End result, she met all our goals, all our needs, and sold our house that weekend, and negotiated an amount we were agreeable upon. The act of selling a home can be very stressful. Sandra Rathe and her team made this process a success. We were confident she would get the job done just as we asked. One thing I can say about Sandra is she is real. On top of selling our home, Sandra set us up with Justin Golda, a great realtor on her team. He was reliable, accessible, and helped us find the perfect place we have made home. He was very persistent and made himself available to make the appointments and contacts to successfully find our home. We viewed many, many places. Justin has an invigorating, infectious energy. Overall, the Sandra Rathe group is not only a team, they are a family. We r happy to have them in our circle.
