If you were to look up in the dictionary Top-notch Real Estate Agent, Jackies picture will be right there! She is a one-of-a-kind professional, and I am so grateful that my family found her. Jackie is the epitome of excellence. Jackies professionalism during our time together has exceeded all of my expectations, and I am unsure if anyone will ever be able to come close to her. Jackie worked with my family for several years. We reached out to her through seeing her advertisement, and from the very beginning, she showed her resourcefulness and patience! Jackie never tried to push her own agenda. She sought to support our family and put our needs as a priority. From our initial contact, I explained that my family had the worst experience with buying our first home. That agent wasnt caring, didnt fight for our needs, and was there for a quick buck. Jackie listened to our concerns and stepped right in to make sure we truly understood the process of selling our first home. She patiently waited while we dealt with various obstacles in the process and consistently checked in on this. Our selling situation and the impromptu move were not ideal, but Jackie was there every step of the way. She made sure we stayed on task AND got the best deal for our family. Our house still needed to be fixed, and she provided resources and help along the way.We sold our home in a buyers market, and Jackie got us two deals within a WEEK of putting our house on the market. Shocking since our home still needed some improvement. The best token of all was that we got our asking price! We were surprised, but considering the attention-to-detail Jackie gives, we knew we were in good hands. During the selling process, Jackie was full on duty by making sure our paperwork was correct, and she even found a financial error in our paperwork and advocating for us to have it fixed. The only regret I have in this process is that we moved out-of-state. Otherwise, Jackie has a customer in us FOR LIFE. Thank you, Jackie, for everything.
