Kevin is a true professional and had our best interests front and center throughout the entire selling process. Kevin sent in a Staging Professional to give us advice then scheduled a professional photo shoot. The pictures were amazing. We had an open house within days of the listing going live on MLS. Multiple offers were received as a result of the open house and we were under contract within 2 days. After negotiations were complete, we wound up selling our home for $3,000 more than we listed. When it was time to find an out of state Realtor to help us with the purchase of our new home, Kevin made some phone calls to find someone with the expertise to help us with our purchase.
