We worked with Megan for about a week and it was a pretty frustrating experience. We had to try to sell our property remotely as we are 8 hours away, so we were really counting on her to be a trustworthy, honest and prompt realtor. While she had some excellent ideas, she struggled with communication and prompt follow-through on things she said she was going to do. For example, Megan made an appointment to go see our house on a Tuesday (we made this appointment a week out), when Tuesday rolled around I kept asking if she had viewed the property and she kept pushing it. She then told me she was going to go the next day, the next day came and went and it was obvious Megan still hadn't gone to the property, but at this point it felt like she was trying to be sneaky and hide the fact that she still hadn't gone out. I say this because I asked her specific questions about the property that she would only know had she actually gone to view it, she did not respond to my questions. She finally visited the property 2 days after her original appointment and let us know that she had viewed it and what her recommended list price would be. Megan was helping us coordinate a cleaning service and a contractor but when her contractor wouldn't call us (as promised), we continued to follow up with Megan about it, that is when we started feeling like the communication was lacking. We explained to her several times that we needed a quote from the contractor in order to determine what we were going to do financially. It just didn't feel like a priority to her at all. When we confronted her with the issue on communication and outlined our expectations, Megan told us we needed to find another realtor. I was pretty shocked by this response, but also slightly relieved as it seemed like a chore to get what we needed out of the relationship. When I asked for the contact information of the cleaning service and contractor, Megan ignored us. I followed up again and was told they only worked for her and her clients. The entire experience felt icky and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't refer my friends/family to this group based on our short and unpleasant experience.
