We bought our first townhouse in 2013 in Howard County. We then sold that townhouse and bought a larger single family house in 2019. Each time, we used Ashira Barbosa as our realtor because she is the best! She and her team are friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Since my husband and I have combined professional backgrounds in architecture, construction and project management, we were sticklers for detail on every part of the process. Ashira was patient with us every step of the way answering all our questions while keeping focused on the task at hand. She never wavered from what she told us in the beginning, that we would find the perfect home. She was right when we bought our first home and she was right again the second time around with the stakes being higher having to sell a home and buy a home in the same year. Doing both is a stressful process but Ashira and her unflappable and positive personality helped us navigate the process with much more ease. Don't let her bubbly personality mislead you, Ashira is a master negotiator and in the end we got multiple offers over asking price for our townhome and our offer for the next house was accepted even though we weren't the highest offer. She's also up-to-date with technology and uses the best tools and practices to market your home. It really makes a difference. We highly recommend you work with Ashira to find your perfect home!

Buying your first house can be extremley stressful. So many questions, alot you don't know. Ashira walked my wife and I through every step of the process from A-Z and did a phenomenal job with us property virgins. We were extremely picky and looked at about 50 houses. I would imagine a real estate agent could get very exhausted doing that, but she took it all in stride. We had weekends where we'd see 10+ houses. Through it all Ashira was on top of finding us good places to look at and providing guidance. Once we found our home, it was obvious she knew the process extremly well. She walked us through the inspection and helped us negoitiate to get a fair deal and most importantly - no closing costs. I miss spending time with Ashira which to me says we found more than a real estate agent, we found a friend. I'd highly recommend Ashira to anyone interested in buying or selling their property. She is a consummate proffessional.
