Christy recently helped me buy a home in an incredibly daunting sellers market. Since my husband and I were first time home buyers, Christys expertise and advice was invaluable. She was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She worked as a dual agent for the seller and myself. We all know that the quickest way to know a persons level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didnt do it on purpose. Its just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldnt recall the specific questions that Ive asked Christy but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from her. Her expertise and timely response makes her really reliable. She has so many clients but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Definitely would recommend her!!

Kate was the absolute best realtor to work with! As first time home buyers, we were a little nervous about working with a realtor based on stories we?d heard in the past but Kate was an absolute pleasure from the get-go. She was always responsive and very honest with us about her thoughts on a particular home. If we liked a house - she made sure we were able to see it either the day of or the next day! She made the process so enjoyable instead of stressful and we could tell she always was working with our best interest in mind. We were able to find the perfect house with her help and we?re just so grateful. Even after the closing, she still checks in with us to make sure everything is perfect and helps us in any way that she can.
