I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy a property! She was the first to contact me after submitting an inquiry on zillow, and when looking at properties with her, I could quickly tell she genuinely wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for rather then just trying to make a sale. She worked hard to put together offers quickly when timing was important, she was honest about whether she thought a property was the right fit, and if there were any questions I had she didn't know the answer to, she would find out and get back to me right away. Sure enough she was the one that found the house I ended up buying! She sent it to me and after looking at it in person the next day, we put in an offer that night. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so glad I was able to share this experience with her. She was incredibly sweet and professional and I can't thank her enough for helping me find my perfect first house!
