My Journey with Melissa:Frustrated with an increase in an already expensive rent, I then felt betrayed by my apartment complex when the new neighbor moved in with an IMAX quality sound system. The floor shook, literally, and for the first time I wanted a house. Zillow happened and Melissa reached out to me immediately. It was therapeutic from the beginning. She gets people! Shes genuine, but realistic as well. Twenty seconds into speaking with her, I knew she was the Realitor for me. She understood what I was looking for and set realistic expectations. I respected that right away and realized that I needed to expand my search criteria in order to find the perfect home for me. Melissa was understanding and allowed me to find my own way. She was available without restriction. When we went to view homes initially she and I were on the sane page. I did not waste her time and she did not waste mine. This is an intangible skill. She did not pressure me and was receptive to my critiques of potential homes. She catered to my desires and crafted out search accordingly. My home ultimately seemed to fall in our laps. She still encouraged me to look at one more place to be sure. I placed my offer and Melissa ensured that I was informed along the way. She kept me fully updated at all times. After the signing Melissa continued to reach out to me with nothing to gain. She is a true steward of the profession and someone with the utmost integrity and character.
