Sue Reed excellence is really solid and consistent. We relocated from TX to PA. The realtor I made contact prior to arrival was to busy to show properties to us. Not knowing the area I found a house and called any realtor from internet Yelp if I recalled correctly. sue reed travel 35 miles to show the house. She got our information and advised us to look at a more covinient location. we really couldnt be happier that we found Sue Reed Following are the things that I think Sue has been consistently exceeded:1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a persons level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions . I couldnt recall the specific questions that Ive asked Sue but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Sue. Her expertise and timely response makes her really reliable. It goes with out saying, this is not our first rodeo. My husband and I have been involve in Real estate investing for years and I had never deal with the level of care and professionalism before.2. Timely communication aEUR" Sue has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Its not just about the deliver on time; its the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth.3. Care aEUR" this is where I really think Sue went above and beyond. We put a earnest money on a short sale. Some how the bank decided to sale to some one else after 3 months of wait. I was heart broken and Sue Reed did not got dicourage and found us a better property with better potential and location. She knows the area very well. Also, often times while shown homes to us, she took the long way to show the scenery and different areas of this town. She follow up with us after closing and made us this beautiful welcome home basket.If you choose Sue Reed, she will deliver profesionalism, knowledge and a great deal of care.
