My husband and I recently purchased a home in Wilmington and had the pleasure of working with Carli Williams and Kurth Meeks. They made the entire process very easy and handled everything from start to finish, which was important to us as we lived out of town. When we saw a listing we were interested in, Carli immediately scheduled a tour and did a virtual showing for us. She was very thorough and did a fantastic job of accurately portraying the home and making us feel like we were seeing the house in-person. Kurth took care of scheduling inspections, meeting contractors, getting quotes, and scheduling work for us. He was very detailed, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions. The contractors Kurth and Carli recommended to us were also fantastic and great to work with. Even after closing, Carli and Kurth have continued to follow up and coordinate work for us performed by contractors. We would recommend Carli and Kurth to anyone. They are very knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, responsive, and dependable.

Carli is the absolute BEST! We live out of state, about three hours from our home in NC. When we knew for sure we were ready to sell, we actually wanted to use a local realtor, because small-town Whiteville is over run with homes for sell, as people are leaving the place in droves. We wanted someone familiar with the area to sell our house. Apparently, the agents in the area are busy selling houses somewhere else, because we could never even get them to return our calls to come and meet with us about selling. (Coincidentally, many of them took clients through to tour the home once we had it up for sell).We have a friend in our current home state of SC that we asked to give us a name. He sent us Carli. Best possible decision we could have made! I was skeptical about using a aEURoenon-localaEUR? to sell our home, but she is absolutely phenomenal! She was very honest about the market in that area from the beginning and was also patient with us. Carli answered our questions completely. We were not left in the dark about anything, and she was very kind when we did have what most might consider dumb questions.We had an offer within about 10 days of putting the house on the market, and it was a full price, cash offer. Her marketing is part of what makes things like that happen! We were amazed at what having her as an agent afforded us. Our home was promoted in a very tech-savvy, and professional way.Since COVID had started to rear its ugly head, that only complicated things during the selling process, but we never knew it. She never complained or even expressed any frustration. I dont know how she holds it together!The main reason we think so much of her is because during the selling process, there were a couple of issues discovered during inspections. At the EXACT same time, my husband was diagnosed with cancer which was requiring emergency care and treatment. She was so compassionate with us about the situation, and took over seeing that the necessary repairs were done well and on time. It took a real load off of us!I cannot possibly express with mere words just how much we appreciate her, her kindness, her patience, and her compassion for us throughout this entire process. She even had it set up that we did not have to be at the closing, so that we could focus on getting my husband better. I couldnt say enough good things about her, but we do consider her family, which I hope she knows! ;)If you are thinking about selling your home, but prefer someone who is as focused on relationships and human kindness as they are with the sell itself, you really do need to call Carli. She is exemplary in both ways, and that is a rare find this day and time! She gets results, and she does it the right way! Call her! You will NOT be sorry!
