I recommend Mills one hundred percent. I did not have much knowledge on buying a house, or how the process was, but Mills pretty much did all the work to help me get what I was looking for. I met him on a Saturday, and that same day he got to work making phone calls to help me get a loan. On Sunday morning Amy Goss asked me some questions and in minutes I was getting a pre approval amount. It was a big step, because that was one of the things I wasnt quiet sure how to do. He sent me a list of homes in the range I told him I wanted to spend. I was surprised on how fast he made his research, and each house he sent me met the descriptions I had asked for. The next day I was able to view a lot of the homes. It took me a couple days to go through all of them, but I still didnt feel I found what I was looking for. Mills suggested I looked at a house just a bit over the price range I was looking for, and I agreed to. After viewing that house, I instantly fell in love with the place! The neighborhood, and the house it self went above and beyond my expectations, still at a price range I could afford. As a new and young home buyer I had plenty of questions pertaining to the process. He would always answer my questions to the best of his knowledge, and sometimes Id ask Mills the same question at least 5 times, and each time Id always get the detailed explanation like if it was the first time I had asked the question! He really made sure I understood what was going on. Communication with Mills was amazing! No matter the time or day, Mills would reply in minutes! After I told Mills the house I was confident I wanted to buy, he did not waste anytime, and started the process right away! I was able to see where the process was at throughout the way. Throughout the way of I received emails, texts, and phone calls from Mills and Amy updating me on the process, and also helping me with any questions. When I got closer to the signing date, I had an inconvenience and needed to speed the signing date. I let Mills and Amy know and in no time I had an earlier signing day. Mills is really dedicated to his Job, and he makes sure to take care of you. He got to work before the process even started, and worked very hard until the day of the closing. Even after I closed on my house he continues to answer any questions I may have! My wife is happy with the place, so that most definitely makes me happy, and all thanks to Mills and Amy! Like I said before I highly recommend Mills to be your real state agent, if you need to rent or buy, I know Mills Towler will take care of you and get you what you need!
