I cant give enough praise to Raquel! My husband & I did the entire process of buying our home while living overseas. It was so important to us to find a realtor we could trust, who was swift with communication, knowledgeable in the process & familiar with the area, honest with what she saw, and had amazing video tour capabilities, since we would not be there to see any homes in person. Raquel was always in contact with us, answered our endless questions (because we were first time home buyers and didnt know a thing) and made some really incredible video tours for us. She handled cross correspondence & set all of the appointments for us with the inspectors, because of our time difference, which was a major help! She also stepped in on our behalf when we were having communication issues with our lender & got things sorted right away. We are so so happy with our experience with Raquel and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially for the first time or from overseas or out of state.
