Kristin changed our lives. My husband and I had become exhausted looking at countless homes that werent right for our family. Then covid hit and we hit the brakes on our new home dreams because we didnt think we would be able to sell our current home in such a turbulent market. A few days before Memorial Day weekend, I casually sent my husband a listing aEURoejokinglyaEUR? saying we should just buy a house that was just listed because it had everything we needed. We called Kristin because we just needed to see it to satisfy our curiosity and she immediately set up the showing, where we fell in love. 20 days after I had sent my husband the listing, we were not only in contract for the perfect home for our family (at a great negotiated price), Kristin also had moved so quickly that our current home was in contract with A FULL PRICED OFFER. We couldnt believe it and definitely could not have done it without Kristin. Weve worked with other realtors in the past and we were blown away by how much easier Kristin made the process. All we had to do was pack and we were moved in by the second week of July. Thats buying and selling a home in less than 45 days. Now settling into our new home, it has everything we need, our kids love it and the house two doors down, with the exact floor plan as ours, is currently in contract for $200k+ more than what Kristin was able to get our house for. Kristin treats you like family, she is empathetic, on top of it and HUSTLES for her clients. I cannot thank her enough and actually look forward to doing this all over again with her. Zach helped my wife and me buy our first home and we couldn't be happier! Zach is very knowledgeable and had an amazing way of easing our concerns as first-time homebuyers (and generally anxious people to begin with!). Zach got us a great price (well below the asking price) despite competing offers and was able to negotiate further price reductions for issues that were revealed during escrow. He did this all in an efficient and effective manner, despite the whole process occurring during the COVID pandemic. What we appreciated most about Zach was his responsiveness. I am an attorney and admittedly went overboard combing through every word of every document, which led to many questions. Zach was patient, understanding and helpful each time I had a question, which was quite a bit. All in all, I can't recommend Zach strongly enough. My wife and I are now happy homeowners, mostly thanks to Zach!
