My parents bought a few rental homes 10-15 years ago, and they used Danny because he came highly recommended from a few friends. Fast forward until now, and I was ready to purchase my first home. I contacted Danny and he immediately responded and set up a time to show me a property. From that point forward, Danny was always in touch and guiding me towards properties that interested me. As a first time home buyer, I had a MILLION questions, but Danny always patiently answered them and explained what what was happening. He also kept me informed if any properties I looked at had dropped in price (which is what led to my current home). He is very knowledgable about the area and especially foreclosures, which is what I was interested in. He was able to give me background info on all the neighborhoods I looked at and tell me some of the pros and cons of the houses I viewed (after I gave him my opinion first!)He was also very helpful when a glitch came up in the closing process - typically it would have been a delay of a month or two, but since Danny knew that I had to be out of my apartment, he helped me close within 2.5 weeks - which was really important to me, since I did not want to be homeless!I would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking to buy a home, but especially if you are interested in a foreclosure or are a first-time home buyer. His knowledge is a real asset and working with him is very easy because of his quick response time! Having him on your side will make your homebuying experience so easy!
