I am an investor from Boston. Gail was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Not only does she know the market in Middletown area very well but also is very resourceful. Most importantly Gail looks out for me. She knows what I am looking for and what kind properties are fit for my goals. Gail and her team, Elaine in particular, help me buy and rent two properties so far in last few months. I cannot imagine how I can accomplish this without their helps and guidance, particularly I am no where near Middletown. Many locals know Gail while Gail knows everybody there. mortgage banker, lawyer, Contractor, inspector, carpenter, landscaper, cleaning lady ...... Indeed I made offers for both properties without seeing them myself. Gail and Elaine are my ears and eyes. They check out properties for me so I do not have to drive 3 hour to see them myself. Gail Rachlin helped me buy a pretty piece of land in 2017, which I held, not sure if I wanted to build or buy. Meanwhile, she showed me numerous houses, demonstrating expertise in the area--she even persuaded me not to consider one because she knew it would be isolated in bad weather! I felt that she always put the client first, and thought about my best interests in a holistic way. She handled a couple of offers I made that did not work out and connected me to a good, quick, expert home inspector when I had questions about one house, and attended the inspection with me. I felt a little apologetic about not buying anything else after the land when she gave me so much of her time, but she was always gracious. Even today, as I come close to finishing the build, I can count on her for good advice,
