With over 40 years experience in construction, lets just say weve dealt with all kinds of Realtors. Eric Berger, without a doubt, has to be the BEST one weve EVER dealt with. Wed just had a horror show of a realtor BEFORE him - we hadnt looked at Zillow reviews before wed hired that one. This time, we looked a reviews before even interviewing Eric. Our property was complex with acreage, a very custom home with very high end finishing, and shop building. He went to work IMMEDIATELY, with very professional camera/video shoots which included drone video of the entire property. A very slick professional brochure was also printed and provided for our property. These all made a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE - just 30 minutes after our place went on the MLS we had a call for the FIRST SHOWING! We were sold at an acceptable price, considering the county were in, within 5 days. We ran into a few hiccups which Eric helped resolve quickly.
