My wife and I recently purchased a property on Hilton Head Island. We did some initial research and decided to work with Beth based on the very positive reviews of others and because she is one of the leading Real Estate professionals in the area. Beth and her buyer's agent, Shannon, helped us identify the criteria that were important to us and quickly zeroed in on a list of properties for us to visit. Once we found the home we wanted to purchase, Beth introduced us to a mortgage lender, an insurance broker and an attorney, all of whom did an outstanding job. Beth's assistant, Dianna, liaised with the attorney to ensure that the closing went smoothly which was a great help as we were unable to attend. Overall we found Beth and her staff to be very professional, responsive and courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Beth Drake is a delight to work with as she listens to what you want and locates properties that satisfy those wants and are within you target price range. She is very knowledgeable and tactful in representing her client's interests. As we were buyers, she promoted the our interests by being competitive in the negotiations and not just suggesting we offer an amount obviously acceptable to the seller. She is extremely honest and works hard to find and show you properties in which you might be interested. Her office suport person Dianna is also excellent to work with on administrative matters. Beth cares about her clients and that shows in how well and how hard she works to satisfies her client's quest to find and purchase the right property. She will find properties that fulfill your wants and are in the area or similar areas on the Island to where you want to be located. Yet she respects your time and does not show you properties that are out of your desired price range nor do not have the characteristics you want.
