We were fortunately recommended to work with Frank by Short-sale-specialists.com since we didnt know where to start with our short sale process & were super nervous about the whole procedure, until we spoke to Frank. One of the great things about Frank is his response time - he really gets you answers as fast as he can. He knows the market, knows the banks way of thinking and he knew how to keep everything running smoothly. In case youre curious of our specific short sale success, we listed the home ($126k) in mid-Jan, got a cash offer Feb 21 ($118k). Our lenders were: Bank of America & Specialized Loan Servicing, (we had an 80/20 loan) a total of $142,000 was still owed on our home. It did take until June 1 to close on the sale, but this was to be expected with 2 banks and the typical short sale process. I definitely recommend getting your financial paperwork & signatures done a.s.a.p. (electronically!) to keep the banks moving as quickly as possible. We could NOT have done this without Franks positive attitude, efficiency & huge amount of showings (30+, with 2 backup offers!).
