Our relationship with Guy began months before we saw our first property in Tahoe. He emailed us active listings so we could get a feel for pricing/value of the Lake Tahoe real estate market. If we liked any of the listings, Guy would go to the house and take thorough videos of the interior and exterior and report back. Our concerns about investing in a remote location quickly dissipated as we continued our correspondence. In short Guy was very adept at the logistics of working with out of town clients and ultimately made our visit to Lake Tahoe very efficient. His follow through after our purchase was equally exceptional as he attended inspections and other pre-closing matters in our stead. We are grateful to the person that recommended Guy to us, and I would in turn recommend Guy to anyone, but particularly to out of town investors.

Guy Johnson is a professional, conscientious real estate agent and I recommend him to prospective buyers and sellers. He kept appointments and returned telephone calls in a timely manner. He is patient and makes good recommendations. A couple of potential sellers created problems which Guy Johnson attempted to resolve, but these were not his issues, rather those of the selling agents. Due to some disingenuous behavior on the part of the sellers of the property I ending up purchasing, however, I had to spend far more than necessary to make the condominium habitable. I believe the selling agent did not manage the sellers with sufficient due diligence, after the sellers vacated the premises and took property that was to have remained as disclosed in the purchase agreement. There should have been a walk-through between the sellers/seller's agent before anything was agreed to by the buyer/buyer's agent. No seller should be able to "skip town" and take property without notice.
