Guy was referred to us by a personal friend in Reno who had recently purchased a house. Even though we lived over 400 miles away in Southern CA, he was able to maneuver us through the on-time purchase of our home. He was very prompt and professional: 1) thorough in following up on all details of the purchase and explaining the process as we proceeded through Escrow, 2) diligent in sending electronic sign offs for all decisions, and 3) proactive with all key parties -- mortgage loan agent, title company reps, home inspectors, and Seller?s agent. Guy was never pushy with his thoughts. He offered his advice on items being negotiated with the Seller, but he ultimately let us decide. We were very happy having Guy Johnson as our realtor and would strongly recommend him as your agent in the Washoe County area!

My husband was in another state fighting rangeland fires with the US Forest Service this summer when we made an offer on our home. Guy set things up so that my husband was able to review, sign and submit our offer from his iPhone in the middle of nowhere so we didn't miss out on this great home!
