We aEUR~interviewed 18, yes eighteen, different real estate agents and determined that Bianca Conway was the best fit for us. Was it a good decision? No, it was a GREAT decision. Bianca is amazing and truly goes above and beyond. It may seem like interviewing 18 real estate agents is overkill and maybe to some it would seem so but we wanted to be confident that we were choosing the right person for us. A few characteristics/skills that Bianca has that we value as home buyers includes but not limited toaEUR|. Her extensive knowledge of how homes are built and what types of repairs any given part of the house may need was invaluable. She could easily provide estimates of how much it would cost to repair for example cracked tile flooring or what the implications were for a home that had x type of finish versus y type of finish. This helped us understand what were considered to be more extensive fixes compared to more aesthetic fixes. She was very quick to respond. The home we ended up purchasing went on the market in the afternoon and we sent Bianca a message we wanted to see it the following day. She made it happen and we ended up going under contract the following day. That night we were working on getting our offer letter together and she stayed up communicating with us until 10 pm or maybe even later. This wasnt always the case but when timing is important, like submitting an offer, she made sure that she was available when it counted the most. Additionally, there were several days she was completing annual training and wasnt available immediately and so when she received our text she had one of her team members immediately reach out to us to ensure our questions were answered. We highly value quick communication and she is on point. We looked at several houses in North Carolina. One house she wasnt very familiar with the community and so she arranged her NC partner to come to the showing with us just in case she wouldnt be able to answer questions about the community and area. This tells us that she highly values accuracy and she isnt going to BS her way through something. This speaks volumes for her character, morals, and her network. Super easy to talk to and communicate with. She actively listened to us and asked questions to make sure she understood what we were looking for. This obviously is important because it enabled her to more effectively guide us through the process. She was very comfortable to be around. When we were on site walking through a home she was very balanced in her involvement. Meaning, she allowed us enough space to walk around the house by ourselves but at the same time was involved enough to provide pro tips and answer our questions. She loves dogs. Although this obviously isnt a requirement any animal lover generally is going to be a good person and she clearly loves our furry friends. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. We mainly worked with Bianca, but we did also want to extend a special thanks to Eric who is one of her team members. He helped us more through the closing process with details like communicating with contractors and getting information from the sellers agent that hadnt yet been provided, scheduling appointments, and more! Lastly, if youve read our review this far I also have to mention that we aEUR~interviewed with several mortgage companies. Of all, Dan with Network Funding also went above and beyond. He will answer all of your questions with patience and clarity. He will describe it in a different way if you dont understand and overall was a wonderful asset through the process. He will get his own 5 star review but I would HIGHLY recommend him as well if youre still out there looking.
