After deciding to sell my home I contacted Kiley Hansen and Camilla Knapp for advice on the value of my home along with advice on marketing, timing pricing etc.. Kiley initially had been extremely attentive to my questions providing me good feedback and advice. Because Kiley had just had her baby, Camilla ended up handling the sale of my house from start to finish. I have had the opportunity to work with many agents over the years on both the buy and sell side of the process. I have never dealt with anyone as professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive as Camilla Knapp. She literally walked us through every step of the selling process including the financing aspects of the deal. No detail was missed while every effort was made to keep us informed and ensure that all of the many details of this huge effort were being attended to. She also was working overtime to ensure the seller's agent was doing his job while keeping everyone down to the title company on the timeline agreed upon. She even came to my home and helped move boxes out of my home when I could not escape work on closing day. Based on my experience, there is no possible way you will not be completed satisfied with the result. And by the way, she had my house sold in two days at asking price!! Also, in 25 years of being a homeowner, this is the first review I have ever written as so seldom are my expectations exceeded.
