Mandy Blankenship was amazing as our real estate agent. Mandy helped us sell of our home in Northern Whitfield County, and we have been so impressed by her work. Having had such a good experience with her abilities and effort, we wanted to offer our endorsement to others who are considering real estate agents. Mandy worked tirelessly for us and showed an amazing tenacity. We could not have imagined anyone working harder on our behalf. From the very beginning of this journey through the closing, she gave maximum effort. Additionally, when we hit the inevitable challenges that occur in the process, she was tremendous in the way she got involved and fought for us. It was inspiring, because we knew that she was on our side and putting forth this energy on our behalf. Her knowledge about the housing market, real estate sales and the processes involved is impressive. Mandy?s personality is great. We found her easy to talk to and fun to work with. She cautioned us and calmed us during the ups and downs of selling the house. She never got too excited, and she never became discouraged. Because she stayed so positive, we were encouraged all the way through the closing. My family was in the real estate business for thirty years, so we know a good bit about the processes. Additionally, this is the fourth home that we have sold during our married life. All of that is to say that we have seen a lot of real estate agents, and we have never seen one any better than Mandy Blankenship. She has truly been outstanding. Probably the best way to express our appreciation for her is to say this: We expect to be in our next house for a long time, but, when the time comes to sell it, we hope Mandy is available to help us again.
