Im a first time home buyer. A single male. And Im in the military. When I first started the home buying process, I had no idea what I was doing. I had contacted multiple agents from the area, who did respond, but werent very helpful. The responses felt like automated messages and was just a check in the box. One morning, I said I was interested in a house on Zillow, and within the day had two emails and a voicemail from Gretchen. I gladly got on board and am so glad I did. Gretchen has been the perfect agent. Always available, responsive, accommodating and honest. She told me what was good about a property and what wasnt. Everything was up front and straight forward, making the decision to buy very easy for me. She also is very personable. She wasnt just interested in making the sale. Over the past several years I have worked with many real estate agents. I can honestly say that I only had less than a handful of agents that I would do repeated business with or recommend.I met Gretchen my current agent about 4 years ago and used her services with the past three homes. With Gretchen I found she was a one stop person who handled every from closing the sale by working in all areas to getting it done. She is very familiar working with the county and had many resources contractors and the best home inspectors. Another important and invaluable quality with Gretchen is how well she works with other agents. Her photographer was definitely a top professional and did some amazing pics of my property. To keep perspective buyers interestsGretchen would had her photographer come back and RE shoot pics from different angels. The listing always had a fresh updated look. I always felt she had my back and kept a close line of communication open. Some times were tough and she was so patient with me. I think being an agent is not by a long shot an easy job. It takes a lot of emotional up and downs working with clients and I?m amazed with everything she done for me and how hard she worked. Truly went up and beyond. I?m so grateful to know and the pleasure working with her.
