Gretchen Morgan is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with! We?ve worked with at least seven real estate agents over the years when buying or selling our homes. None of them impressed us as much as Gretchen. I set the bar high when working with agents. I spent a couple years working as a Realtor and know the difference between an average agent and an outstanding one. Gretchen certainly met the highest standard. From start to finish, Gretchen?s primary focus was to find a home that was a good match for us. We had very specific requirements in looking for our next home and Gretchen worked tirelessly to find what worked best for our needs. She acted quickly on any potential leads, answered our texts and emails immediately and would reach out to the listing agents for additional information when needed. Gretchen is knowledgeable, ethical, enthusiastic and above all, professional. Whether buying or selling a home in the Kitsap area, we can?t imagine finding a better agent.

Gretchen is absolutely incredible. We were lucky to talk to her after expressing interest in a home I found on Zillow. She introduced me to her best business partners and between her and our lender we learned all about the home buying process and were preapproved. Buying a home in Bremerton with an FHA loan means strong competition. That meant several hours of looking at homes all over Kitsap County. We also didn?t really understand what we wanted and she remained patient and helpful through it all. She answered every text (even the silly ones) immediately and gave us honest advice throughout the process. On our final offer (the one that got us the beautiful home we just closed on), Gretchen?s knowledge of the market, connection to other local agents and pro activity/drive got us the home of our dreams. If/when we ever do it again, we know who we?ll pick as both our seller/buyers agent!
