Travis has created the most positive and unique experience for my family and I. He was exceptionally friendly and outgoing to start which made a quick and lasting impression. To begin, after greeting us; he dedicated time with my yellow lab whom he bonded with and even gave him chew toys and tennis balls. However, he gained both mine and my wife's trust through the countless hours he spent showing us the numerous houses that fit our needs. Travis was sure to answer questions that he knew, and was humble enough to research and quickly respond to questions he was unsure of. Travis' dedication to his customers (whom he refers to as friends) far exceeded my expectations. My wife once called after midnight and he patiently walked us through our questions. Travis is the example of what real estate agents should aspire to. I hope to keep in touch with such a wonderful man.

I bought a new build in a new development. I had not a clue on the buying process and what I needed financially to go about beginning the process. Courtney smith sat down with me for 2 hours before even knowing if I could even afford anything and explained the whole process to me from pre approval, estimates I need for closing, what lots are available, appraisals, and all. She knew I was interested in a new build in a specific subdivision but also took time to explain to me a resale home and how that process goes. She was always a phone call away; I was never ignored and always a quick call back. She delt with some very difficult people for me and was always so friendly. I have already recommended her to many of my friends for the future! And when it's time for me to sale I will definitely be contacting Courtney and Travis smith to help with that process in the future.
